Terms of Use & License Agreement
Last updated: 1 October 2026
1. Scope
These terms apply to the DeltaDisk application (“the Software”) and to the website mossbit.app. The Software is provided by GET ON, K.K. (株式会社Get On) (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the Software you agree to these terms.
2. License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on up to five (5) Macs that you own or control. You may not redistribute, resell, rent or sublicense the Software, reverse engineer it except where that right cannot be excluded by law, or share, publish or resell your license key.
3. Trial
The Software is free to use with all features for fourteen (14) days from first launch. When the trial ends, Pro features stop working. The rest of the app keeps running and your recorded history is kept.
4. License keys
A license key is tied to the email address used at checkout. You can display your key again at any time on the resend page. Keeping your key safe is your responsibility; treat it like a password.
5. Updates
All updates within version 1.x are included at no extra cost. A major upgrade (2.0 or later) may require a separate license.
6. Purchases
Payment, receipts, taxes and refund processing are handled by Stripe (Link) acting as the merchant of record. The price, currency and total shown on the checkout screen apply to your purchase.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our refund policy.
8. Revocation
We may revoke a license key if the purchase was refunded or charged back, if the key was obtained fraudulently, or if these terms are breached. The Software periodically downloads a list of revoked keys.
9. Disclaimer
The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. The sizes and changes it reports are informational. Deciding what to delete is your decision and your responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss or for any damage resulting from use of the Software.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Software. Mandatory provisions of applicable law, including the Japanese Consumer Contract Act, take precedence over this clause.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The {{COURT}} District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
12. Changes
We may change these terms. Changes take effect when posted on this page. The date of the last change is shown above.
